Work Management & Planning Support Configure maintenance plans and support integration with SAP work order processes. Develop standard job plans and work packages to support maintenance planning and scheduling activities. Define labour requirements, trade disciplines, estimated hours, and resource allocations for maintenance tasks. Link materials and spare parts through BOM structures to improve planning efficiency and work order readiness. Enhance work order quality, consistency, and execution effectiveness. Reliability & Continuous Improvement Partner with Reliability Engineers to optimise maintenance strategies using failure history, MTBF analysis, and asset criticality assessments. Support Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and defect elimination initiatives. Review and improve maintenance intervals, task effectiveness, and asset performance outcomes. Contribute to initiatives that reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant reliability. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure statutory inspections, regulatory requirements, and safety-critical maintenance activities are incorporated within SAP PM. Maintain auditable maintenance records that meet site, corporate, and regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Supervisors, Reliability Engineers, Asset Engineers, and Operations teams. Provide guidance and training on SAP PM master data standards, maintenance planning processes, and governance requirements. Act as the subject matter expert for SAP PM master data and maintenance strategy development. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) within mining, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or processing environments.
