Back to Job Listing​ Client based in Australia Full-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 3 pm PH Time) Key Responsibility: SAP Master Data Management Create, maintain, and govern SAP PM master data, including Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans. Develop structured and scalable asset hierarchies aligned with fixed plant systems, including crushing, conveying, and processing circuits. Ensure compliance with master data governance standards, naming conventions, and data quality requirements. Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of asset and maintenance records within SAP. Maintenance Strategy Development Develop and implement preventative, predictive, condition-based, and statutory maintenance strategies within SAP PM. Translate OEM manuals, reliability data, and operational requirements into effective task lists, maintenance items, and maintenance plans. Configure time-based, counter-based, and performance-based maintenance schedules to support asset reliability and plant performance. Establish maintenance frameworks aligned with operational, safety, and compliance requirements. Work Management & Planning Support Configure maintenance plans and support integration with SAP work order processes. Develop standard job plans and work packages to support maintenance planning and scheduling activities. Define labour requirements, trade disciplines, estimated hours, and resource allocations for maintenance tasks. Link materials and spare parts through BOM structures to improve planning efficiency and work order readiness. Enhance work order quality, consistency, and execution effectiveness. Reliability & Continuous Improvement Partner with Reliability Engineers to optimise maintenance strategies using failure history, MTBF analysis, and asset criticality assessments. Support Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and defect elimination initiatives. Review and improve maintenance intervals, task effectiveness, and asset performance outcomes. Contribute to initiatives that reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant reliability. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure statutory inspections, regulatory requirements, and safety-critical maintenance activities are incorporated within SAP PM. Maintain auditable maintenance records that meet site, corporate, and regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Supervisors, Reliability Engineers, Asset Engineers, and Operations teams. Provide guidance and training on SAP PM master data standards, maintenance planning processes, and governance requirements. Act as the subject matter expert for SAP PM master data and maintenance strategy development.   Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) within mining, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or processing environments. Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment. Demonstrated experience creating and managing: Equipment Masters Functional Locations Bills of Materials (BOMs) Task Lists Maintenance Plans and Strategies Strong knowledge of preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodologies. Experience supporting maintenance planning workflows, asset lifecycle management, and reliability improvement programs.
