Back to Job Listing Client based in India Part-time, Mon-Fri (1:30 pm – 10:30 pm PH Time) Key Responsibility: Strategy Execution Mentor Marketplace Associates and Specialists in campaign management and product portfolio planning. Define campaign and product strategies aligned with broader performance goals. Review key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide team performance. Allocate budgets, monitor spend, and ensure optimal performance for assigned product groups. Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to review performance, share updates, and resolve challenges. Marketplace Management & Operations Oversee daily and bulk catalog operations, including inactivations, reinstatements, content fixes, and ASIN merges. Resolve catalog-related issues and manage backend operations via Amazon Seller Central. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP. Conduct price analysis and identify gaps, trends, or new product opportunities. Prepare and monitor master sheets for potential products, inventory, and marketplace strategies. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets for portfolios; track target achievability and performance gaps. Analyze performance reports, lost revenue sheets, and sales trends to recommend corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, including campaign comparisons, strategy outcomes, and growth plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration, Promotions & Growth Initiatives Collaborate with SEO, Design, and Content teams to optimize listings and landing pages. Work with Marketing and Creative teams to coordinate product launches, branding, and promotions. Serve as the point of contact for DSP campaigns and cross-department brainstorming initiatives. Participate in Amazon account calls and implement action plans based on key insights. Plan and manage marketplace promotions, deal tags, and special event strategies (Prime Day, Big Sale Days). Optimize campaign spend during deal periods to maximize GP and visibility. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and geographic expansions. Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace management, advertising (PPC), and catalog operations. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic campaign planning and execution. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and analytical software (Helium10, ClickUp, Excel, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large datasets and reporting dashboards. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination. Experience with DSP campaigns, bulk uploads, and international marketplaces is a plus.
