Senior AI-Powered Social Media Marketing & Meta Advertising Specialist

Client based in US

Full-time, Mon-Fri (9 pm – 6 am PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

Meta Advertising Management:

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Create lead generation, conversion, awareness, retargeting, and sales campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make strategic optimizations.
  • Manage audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting audiences, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and identify growth opportunities.
Content & Creative Development
  • Independently write compelling ad copy tailored to specific industries and audiences.
  • Create effective marketing hooks, offers, calls-to-action, headlines, and ad variations.
  • Develop social media content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Create short-form video ads, reels, and promotional content.
  • Edit and produce videos using modern video editing platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts without requiring detailed instructions beyond client and industry
    information provided by our team.

AI-Powered Marketing Execution

  • Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other leading AI tools to improve productivity and
    campaign performance.
  • Engineer effective prompts to generate marketing copy, advertising concepts, scripts, content
    strategies, and creative ideas.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate content creation while maintaining high-quality human oversight.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and marketing applications.

Client Communication

  • Participate in meetings with internal staff and clients.
  • Clearly explain campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Present ideas professionally in fluent English.
  • Maintain strong communication and responsiveness.

 

Required Qualifications

Meta Advertising Expertise

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing advertising campaigns targeting U.S. consumers.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to provide real-world campaign examples and performance results.

Content Creation Skills

  • Strong copywriting experience.
  • Ability to create persuasive ad copy without extensive supervision.
  • Experience creating video ads, reels, and social media content.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing.

AI Proficiency

  • Advanced experience using ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Ability to demonstrate practical AI workflows used in marketing.
  • Experience using AI for content generation, research, advertising, and productivity.

Communication Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Neutral or easily understandable accent.
  • Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.

Cultural Understanding

  • Strong understanding of U.S. culture, consumer behavior, trends, and purchasing habits.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns specifically for American audiences.

  • Google Ads experience.
  • LinkedIn advertising experience.
  • TikTok advertising experience.
  • Marketing agency experience.
  • Experience working with service-based businesses.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
