UI/UX Designer

Client based in US

Full-time, Mon-Fri (8 pm – 5 am PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer-facing, and engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and implement exceptional e-commerce and SaaS experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion. Facilitate crossfunctional discussions to gather insights, align on objectives, and ensure cohesive design strategies.
  • Design and implement intuitive, user-centric experiences across the CIMcloud SaaS platform, ensuring consistency with established UX/UI design guidelines. Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
  • Design and develop engaging marketing content that educates and inspires customers and partners. Produce visual assets, design toolkits, and instructional resources that empower designers to build impactful digital experiences on the CIMcloud platform.
  • Design and implement CIMcloud website templates that align with modern design standards, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless functionality. Regularly evaluate and refine templates based on customer feedback and platform enhancements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions, improve user flows and enhance overall product experiences.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Seven (7+) years of design experience in SaaS and B2B products. UI/UX design experience with e-commerce and data-heavy interfaces is preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in interaction design and visual design.
  • Extensive experience in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Extensive experience in front-end development tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) so that you can take a design from concept to implementation.
  • Extensive experience in usability principles, website accessibility, website performance metrics, and responsive design.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively listen & articulate critical ideas.
  • Able to articulate and justify design choices, providing multiple options to teams weighing time/cost/complexity
  • Demonstrated skill in a customer-facing role, attending meetings and guiding customers through design decisions etc.
  • Ample experience leading UX initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a fast paced and fluid environment
