• Compare and match products between two different spreadsheets based on key attributes (e.g., product names, SKUs, descriptions, pricing).
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Use Excel formulas, lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and pivot tables to analyze and map data.
• Research products that do not have an exact match using manufacturers’ websites, e-commerce platforms, and other online sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while merging or mapping datasets.
• Document the mapping process and provide reports on mismatched or unidentifiable products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify product details if needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct online research efficiently and accurately.
• Previous experience in data entry, product catalog management, or database handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or product data management is a bonus
