Lead Generation Specialist

Client based in Australia

Full-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 3 pm PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
  • Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, calls, social media, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update prospect information in CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good research and prospecting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
