Facebook Ads Specialist

Client based in India

Full-time, Mon-Fri (1:30 pm – 10:30 pm PH Time)

Key Responsibility:


Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Lead performance marketing strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads across assigned brands and markets.
  • Design and manage high-ROI campaigns optimized for eCommerce conversions –Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase.
  • Own full-funnel structure – prospecting, retargeting, and retention – across Meta platforms.

Audience & Funnel Optimization

  • Create and optimize segmented campaigns using custom, lookalike, and behavioral audiences.
  • Utilize dynamic product ads, feed-based targeting, and audience exclusions to maximize performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign effectiveness using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and internal dashboards.
  • Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CAC, AOV) and drive actionable insights for constant improvement.
  • Report weekly/monthly performance to senior stakeholders and contribute to planning discussions.

Testing, Scaling & Innovation

  • Lead A/B testing across creative, audience sets, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Identify scaling opportunities for top-performing campaigns while maintaining healthy ROAS and CAC.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop thumb-stopping creatives.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, PPC, Email, and Web Analytics teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Support and mentor junior Facebook Ads Specialists, reviewing campaigns, guiding optimizations, and sharing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads for eCommerce/D2C websites.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns in international markets
  • (UK/EU preferred).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and buying psychology.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in managing high budgets independently and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and cross-team collaboration.
