Executive Assistant

Client based in AU

Full-time, Mon-Fri (5 am – 1 pm PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, respond to basic inquiries, and organize inboxes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar entries.
  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle data entry and maintain records.

 

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer questions through email, chat, or phone.
  • Provide friendly and accurate support based on company guidelines.

 

E-Commerce & Operations (If applicable)

  • Assist in processing online orders (Shopify).
  • Update product listings and track order status.
  • Create and send invoices using Xero platform.

 

General Tasks

  • Conduct online research on suppliers, pricing, and service providers.
  • Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with simple project coordination as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service or admin experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems (training provided).
