Executive Assistant
Client based in AU
Full-time, Mon-Fri (5 am – 1 pm PH Time)
Key Responsibility:
Administrative Support
- Manage emails, respond to basic inquiries, and organize inboxes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar entries.
- Prepare simple reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle data entry and maintain records.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer questions through email, chat, or phone.
- Provide friendly and accurate support based on company guidelines.
E-Commerce & Operations (If applicable)
- Assist in processing online orders (Shopify).
- Update product listings and track order status.
- Create and send invoices using Xero platform.
General Tasks
- Conduct online research on suppliers, pricing, and service providers.
- Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist with simple project coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer service or admin experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn new systems (training provided).
