Client Delivery Operation Specialist
Client based in US
Full-time, Mon-Fri (9 pm – 1 am PH Time)
Key Responsibility:
CLIENT DELIVERY (60%)
- Review client reports for accuracy before delivery (GA4, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush and SpyFu).
- Join client calls, capture structured notes, and create actionable follow‑up tasks.
- Lead client communications via email and scheduled calls.
- Monitor and work with production center for deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct QA on Web Changes, SEO, Ads, Social Media, and content deliverables.
- Work with Production Center for WordPress changes
- Identify potential upsell opportunities during client interactions.
- Use Basecamp and ClickUp to manage tasks and timelines.
- Coordinate seamlessly with remote teams across India, and the US.
- Provide clear weekly updates in structured bullet‑point format.
OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS (30%)
- Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
- Turn high‑level ideas from the Owner Peter into step‑by‑step task plans.
- Identify process gaps and address them before they create problems.
- Track operational metrics and ensure deadlines stay on schedule.
- Maintain tight organization inside Basecamp, ClickUp, WordPress, and reporting tools.
INTERNAL SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT (10%)
At times may be asked to assist in the following sales and marketing tasks if time permits.
- Help with internal marketing tasks including:
- Blog outlines
- Client testimonials
- Case study notes
- Social media post drafts
- Support Sales admin tasks updating HubSpot records
- Working with owner to build outreach lists
- Enrich Prospect lists
- Support content tasks using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident leading structured client updates
- Comfortable on Zoom, Google Meets, and MS Teams with US‑based clients
- Communicates concisely in bullet points
- Provides proactive updates without needing reminders
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Clear, confident English communication
- Experience in structured, process‑driven roles
- Very organized
- Basic/intermediate experience with:
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager (Basics)
- Data Studio

- WordPress
- Constant Contact
- HubSpot (Basic)
- Woodpecker (Basic)
- Ability to interpret marketing data into simple insights
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
