Business Development Representative/Recruiter

Client based in AU

Full-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 3 pm PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

Business Development

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source and engage potential clients through outreach methods including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking events.
  • Business Opportunity Progression: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements; design and propose tailored NDIS service solutions; continue engagement through to contract stage.
  • Closing Opportunities: Address concerns and challenges to ensure smooth contract closure; build expertise in basic legal considerations and operational requirements to support client confidence.
  • Market Intelligence: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging needs within the NDIS landscape.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement sales strategies aligned with Anchored Care’s growth goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, identifying their pain points and presenting tailored NDIS workforce solutions.
  • Decision-Making: Handle escalations effectively and provide solutions to challenges raised during the sales cycle.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate records, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery from day one.

Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in disability support aligned with NDIS requirements.
  • Ensure strong alignment with Anchored Care’s values: participant-centred, cultural diversity, safety, risk management, and compliance.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs.
  • Support candidates through onboarding, including compliance checks required under NDIS, ensuring they are ready to deliver high-quality, safe care.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or similar role preferably in the NDIS/disability support sector.
  • Knowledge of NDIS plans, supports, and how plan funding works.
  • Understanding of compliance processes under NDIS (worker screening, police checks, risk management, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance targets for growth with maintaining high quality of service and staff integrity.
  • Must be culturally sensitive and committed to family-centered and participant-centered care.
