Amazon Marketplace Manager

Client based in India

Full-time, Mon-Fri (1:30 pm – 10:30 pm PH Time)

Key Responsibility:


Strategy Execution

  • Mentor Marketplace Associates and Specialists in campaign management and product portfolio planning.
  • Set campaign and product strategies aligned with broader performance goals.
  • Review key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide team performance.
  • Allocate budgets, monitor spend, and ensure optimal performance for assigned product groups.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team catch-ups to review performance, share updates, and resolve challenges.

Marketplace Management & Operations

  • Oversee daily and bulk catalog operations (inactivations, reinstatements, content fixes, ASIN merges, etc.).
  • Drive resolution of catalog-related issues and manage backend operations through Amazon Seller Central.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP.
  • Conduct regular price analysis and identify gaps, trends, or new product opportunities.
  • Prepare and monitor master sheets for potential products, inventory, and marketplace strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets for portfolios; track target achievability and performance gaps.
  • Analyze performance reports, lost revenue sheets, and sales trends to recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management with campaign comparisons, strategy outcomes, and growth plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with SEO, Design, and Content teams to ensure optimized listings and landing pages.
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to coordinate product launches, branding, and promotional efforts.
  • Act as the POC for DSP campaigns and cross-department brainstorming initiatives.
  • Participate in Amazon account calls and implement action plans based on key insights.

Promotions, Launches & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and manage marketplace promotions, deal tags, and special event strategies (Prime Day, Big Sale Days).
  • Optimize campaign spend during deal periods to maximize GP and visibility.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and geographic expansions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace management, advertising (PPC), and catalog operations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and analytical software (Helium10, ClickUp, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large data sets and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience with DSP campaigns, bulk uploads, and international marketplaces (a plus)
