Optimize performance for websites, mobile applications, and AI models by improving load times, responsiveness, and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website, mobile app, and AI functionality, security, and compatibility across different devices and platforms. Technical Support & IT Management: Provide technical support for internal systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloudbased services. Ensure system security by installing software updates, firewalls, antivirus software, and performing routine system checks. Assist with the setup and maintenance of internal hardware and software, ensuring all systems are operational and secure. System Integration & Automation: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new web, mobile, AI, and IT solutions. Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency by developing custom software, AI scripts, or machine learning models. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop appropriate AI enhanced solutions. Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with design, marketing, and AI teams to implement web, mobile, and AI features that align with user needs and brand guidelines. Create technical documentation for web applications, mobile applications, AI models, and IT infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting guides. Provide training and support to team members on new web, mobile, AI, and IT tools and technologies. Security & Backup: Implement security protocols and monitor website, mobile app, AI, and network security to protect against threats. Ensure data backups are conducted regularly and that recovery processes are in place for web applications, mobile applications, AI models, and IT systems. Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging web, mobile, AI, and IT technologies, and best practices in development and IT management. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance technical skills and contribute to innovation within the company. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, AI Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (2-4 years) as a web developer, mobile developer, AI developer, IT specialist, or similar role. Strong proficiency in web, mobile, and AI development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, etc.). Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal). Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and server-side programming (Node.js, Python, etc.). Familiarity with web hosting platforms, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and domain management. Strong understanding of web, mobile, and AI security best practices (SSL, HTTPS, data protection, model security). Experience with IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and hardware setup and support. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) and collaborative development practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, etc.) or back-end technologies (Laravel, Django). Knowledge of mobile app development, AI-driven applications, or responsive design techniques. Certifications in IT, web/mobile development, or AI (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google Developer Certification, AWS Certified Developer, TensorFlow Developer Certificate). Experience with DevOps tools and cloud automation (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with SEO best practices for web, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
