Email Notification
Once your application is submitted, keep an eye on your inbox! You’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your application and outlining the next steps in the recruitment process.
Initial Interview
If your qualifications meet our criteria, you’ll be invited to an initial interview. This is a friendly conversation with our recruitment team to learn more about you, your experience, and your career goals.
Accomplish Assessment
Next, you’ll be asked to complete a skill assessment tailored to the role you’re applying for. This helps us evaluate your capabilities and ensure you’re aligned with the position’s requirements.
Please note that this step is optional and will depend on the client’s specific requirements. The recruitment team will inform you if an assessment is needed.
Final Interview
After successfully passing the initial interview or assessment, you’ll proceed to the final interview with our client. This interview will be focusing on job specific-scenarios and deeper insights into your qualifications.
Background Check
To ensure trust and reliability, we conduct a thorough background check. This includes verifying your employment history, educational credentials, and other relevant information.
Signing of Contract
Once cleared, you’ll be offered a contract. Carefully review the terms, sign the agreement, and officially become part of the Remote Philippines team.
Kick-Off Meeting
Finally, you’ll attend an onboarding session with an HR to introduce our tools, culture, and remote expectations—setting you up for success in your role. On your first working day, you’ll also meet your client during a kick-off meeting.
