• Call previous members and inquiries from The Burn Fitness contact list
• Reintroduce The Burn Fitness programs, classes, and current promotions
• Understand why former members stopped attending and professionally address concerns
• Qualify leads and assess interest in rejoining the gym
• Encourage prospects to book a gym visit, consultation, or re-enroll
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for interested leads
• Update call results, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional phone presence

Requirements

• Experience in Mindbody Software and in Go High Level.
• Experience as a caller, appointment setter, or sales agent (fitness or gym industry is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident handling objections and follow-ups
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles)

Nice to Have

• Experience reactivating old or warm leads
• Familiarity with gym memberships, fitness programs, or wellness services
• CRM or call-tracking experience
