Marketing Manager

Client based in US

Part-time, Mon-Fri (10 pm – 2 am PH Time)

Key Responsibility:


Marketing Strategy & Traffic Growth

  • Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Identify target audiences and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including:
  • Content creation and curation
    • Pay-per-click campaigns
    • Social media campaigns
    • Event-related content
    • Basic publicity
    • Lead generation campaigns
    • AI-assisted copywriting
    • Performance analysis

Content Creation & Website Support

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups
  • Write AI-assisted copy for social media, emails, landing pages, and case studies
  • Oversee marketing materials including website banners, social graphics, brochures, and case studies
  • Work closely with the Webflow Developer during the website rebuild (content, structure, reviewing drafts)
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to maintain brand consistency across all materials

Collaboration & Resource Allocation

  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Allocate funds wisely and recommend cost-efficient tools and workflows
  • Maintain tight coordination with the team for approvals and direction

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Prepare simple monthly performance summaries (website traffic, social growth, email performance)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience identifying target audiences and creating engaging cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • NetInsight
    • Omniture
    • WebTrends
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate — comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for effective copy and communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
