C#/ .Net Developer
Client based in Europe
Full-time, Mon-Fri (3 pm – 11 pm PH Time)
Key Responsibility:
Core Responsibilities (Applicable to All Levels):
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and fellow engineers, to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, providing timely fixes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Implement and maintain automated testing, in cooperation with Software Engineers in Test, to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment workflows.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and software development practices.
- Take ownership of moderately complex technical tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in defining technical requirements and solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to more junior team members to support their growth.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems and solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, contributing technical insights and understanding client requirements.
- Drive technical discussions, architectural decisions, and process improvements within the team.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Champion best practices, such as automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
