Business Development and Marketing Officer
Client based in AU
Full-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 3 pm PH Time)
Key Responsibility:
Primary – Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong networks with NDIS stakeholders (Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, community organizations).
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow the referral pipeline.
- Leverage lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo) and CRM platforms to proactively identify, research, and engage potential leads through outbound outreach strategies, subject to leadership approval.
- Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with referral partners.
- Attend virtual expos, webinars, and networking events to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with intake and service delivery teams for smooth participant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, referrals, and conversions.
- Monitor business development metrics and report performance to management.
- Share market insights to inform service delivery and innovation.
Secondary – Marketing, Client Intake & Administration
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement professionally and promptly.
- Understanding where to place ads (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Maintain website content and design marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, newsletters).
- Support the recruitment team by creating Canva designs for social media hiring materials and celebratory posts (e.g., client and support worker birthdays).
- Respond to new participant enquiries and manage CRM data accuracy.
- Coordinate initial consultations and support seamless onboarding
- Perform general admin tasks including email management, data entry, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and maintain confidentiality
