Digital Marketing/Admin VA

Client based in US

Full-time, Mon-Fri (11 pm – 7 am PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

Marketing & Content Support

  • Schedule and format blog articles in WordPress, optimize using the Yoast SEO WordPress Plugin.
  • Draft, edit, and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, GBP) using Publer/Buffer.
  • Assist in managing the consultants’ & agencies’ LinkedIn content calendar and reviewing analytics.
  • Help repurpose video/audio content created by the consultant into social media posts or blogs.

Admin & Operations Support

  • Manage project timelines and organize task assignments using ClickUp or Trello.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain CRM data and support with lead-gen follow-ups or email sequences using the Hubspot account.

AI & Marketing Tools Assistance

  • Run prompts or custom GPTs and light editing using ChatGPT.
  • Help prepare client-facing reports using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Support light Canva design tasks (social graphics, blog headers, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like WordPress, Google Docs/Sheets, Canva, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, running custom GPTs, and Grammarly is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media scheduling, and content repurposing.
  • Highly organized and dependable; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
