Admin and Bookkeeping

Client based in AU

Part-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 10 am PH Time)

Key Responsibility:

Administrative Support:
  • Organize and manage daily workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules as needed.
 
Bookkeeping:
  • Assist with recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
 
Communication:
  • Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, or team members via email or phone.
  • Relay important messages and follow up on pending matters.
 
Additional Tasks (Optional):
  • Support basic website updates and development (training can be provided).
 
Qualifications:
  • Entry-level experience in administration or bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to take on new tasks.
 
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Interest or experience in website development
