1. Content Strategy & Ideation (Primary Role)

• Generate 8–12 high-quality content ideas per week
  
• Write:
  -Hooks which stop scrolling
  -Short-form video scripts (Reels)
  -Content angles
• Focus areas:
  -Client stories (wins, mistakes avoided)
  -Risk awareness
  -Contrarian viewpoints
  -Reuse and repurpose existing story to multiple contents
• Content must be:
  -Specific (not generic)
  -Designed to generate enquiries

2. Content Direction

• Provide instructions for:
  -How to shoot videos
  -Visual direction
  -Editing style
  -Work with VA (if applicable) or execute basic posting

3. Performance Feedback

• Review content performance (views, saves, engagement)
• Suggest improvements weekly
• Identify what’s working vs not
  
  

4. Admin & Operations Support (Secondary Role)

• Organise customer/client data (Zoho CRM)
• Monitor emails and flag important items
• Assist with:
  -Basic property/suburb research
  -Run reports for clients

Must-Have Skills

• Strong content ideation (Reels/short-form / graphics / carousels)
• Video editing skills
• Hook & storytelling ability
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good communication
• Ability to work independently
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and research
• Skilled in turning AI-generated drafts into high-quality, human, and conversionfocused content
• We value original thinking. AI can be used as a tool, but generic or copy-paste
  outputs will not be accepted.

Nice to Have

• Experience in:
  -Real estate / property content in Australia
  -Personal branding

Familiarity with:

• CRM tools – Zoho
• Google Sheets / Notion
