Lead Generation Specialist
Client based in Australia
Full-time, Mon-Fri (6 am – 3 pm PH Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain and update prospect information in CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and prospecting abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
