Sales Representative – Jobs Marketplace Philippines Location: Philippines. Working remote from home Term: Fulltime Summary:
Sales Representative accountable for:
o Securing new Employers and uplifting the subscription revenues of the Jobs Marketplace into the Philippines Region.
o Uplifting the registration of suitable Job Seekers Key
Responsibilities:
● Actively sourcing and generating new business via virtual and face-face meetings, networking opportunities, generating leads and other methods
● Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
● Identifying new sales opportunities through outbound calls
● Managing and closing out sales calls after identifying prospective clients
● Promote and market product and services of the business in a professional manner.
● Continually monitoring competitor activity
● Working closely with other key team members - Business Development, Technical & Commercial REMOTE PHILIPPINES www.remotephilippines.com
● Prepare professional, complete concise and accurate reports, proposals, tenders and other documentation as required.
● Managing your daily workflow, client visits and reporting
● Accountable for participating in the testing of new product features.
● Accountable for contributing into the product roadmap.
● Act as the SME, active implementation member or transition specialist as additional Marketplaces are implemented across additional Global geographies.
Skills & Experience:
● At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources / Recruitment
● Experience in business development and sales of SaaS Platforms
● Excellent communicator and with strong business stakeholder management.
● Excellent organizational skills Other Requirements
